Definition
OK, blogging world, please help me out. What is the difference between being assertive and being aggressive? The seem similar, but one requires grace and the other does not. The new managment wants us to be 'go-getters' but then when we do we are said to be pushy.

lol...I think the definition changes by who is on the receiving end... ;)
Well, aggressive people tend to get into pushing & shoving.
Yeah, I think aggressive means more...um...mean. And assertive is more....confident, but nice.
the more i try to understand the more i think it is all just like 5 year old kids shoving each other down in the playground. at least that is honest. at least that could be expected.
this is just craziness.
