Standardized Testing
Yesterday sweet son went to school prepared for a TAKS test benchmark. He sat in his desk and bubbled in his name, etc. etc. Then all of a sudden he threw up. There. In class. On his desk. His take on the situation "I never saw kids move so fast."
Gotta love it...

That's so funny, his take on it (not that he threw up). I've kept journals for pretty much forever. I was reading back through some very old stuff and the highlight of my day once was that someone threw up at school...
He probably needed a new ScanTron...
he is freaked out about making up the test.
his teachers put so much pressure on him that he is concerned that he won't be able to make it up and that he won't pass. mind you he is a straight a student.
